The Shamrao Vithal Co-operative Bank Ltd., a 105 year old Bank and one amongst the leading top three Urban Co-operative Banks in India,*is hiring talented and aspiring individuals for the post of Customer Service Officer (CSO) in the Officer Grade and Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Clerical Cadre of the Bank.
Eligible candidates are advised to apply online from November 15, 2011 to November 29, 2011 (inclusive of both days) only through the Shamrao Vithal website after carefully going through the instructions. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
1) Post Name - Customer Service Representative in Clerical Cadre
Education Qualification (eligibility as on 29.11.2011) - Graduate of a recognized University with minimum 45% marks and adequate knowledge of computer application.
Age (eligibility as on 29.11.2011) - 30 years for graduates / post graduates / double graduates
2) Post Name - Customer Service Officer in Officer Grade
Education Qualification (eligibility as on 29.11.2011) - Degree / Post Graduate Degree of a recognized University with minimum 50% marks.
Age (eligibility as on 29.11.2011) - 32 years *
*Age Relaxation (Officer Grade) : The age norm may be relaxed up to 3 years (35 years) if the candidate has the following credentials: Passed JAIIB OR CAIIB-PART - I examination and is working as a Clerk in a Commercial/Co-operative Bank. The relaxation shall be equal to the number of completed years of service in the other Bank to a maximum of 3 years.

Call Letters*- The address of the examination centre will be mentioned in the Call Letter. Call Letters will be available on the website from December 20, 2011 to January 08, 2012.
Candidates are advised to ensure that they fulfill the parameters of qualifications and age as prescribed above. Candidates, who do not fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria, may be disqualified at any stage of the recruitment process.
