The Kotak Probationary Officer Course has been jointly set up by Kotak Mahindra Bank and Manipal University, to attract bright young graduates (for freshers), who desire to pursue career in Banking.*The complete course duration will be 12 months, comprising of nine months full-time residential course which is followed by three months of internship in one of the branches at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Candidates who successfully complete the one year intensive course will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Relationship Management by Manipal University and will be subsequently absorbed as Probationary officers in the Bank in Relationship Roles as a job profile.
Course Details -*
• Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Relationship Management in just 1 year.
• Stipend of Rs 2500 per month during the classroom training and Rs 20000 per month during the internship with Kotak Mahindra Bank.
• Job guarantee on successful course completion with a starting salary of Rs 3.5 lakhs + incentives.
Additionally, the candidate is also given the facility to avail a specially designed loan for the course fee, wherein the EMI will begin only once he/she starts working with Kotak. Moreover, on successful completion of 48 months of service with Kotak, 85% of the course fee will be reimbursed to the candidate.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification - Degree in any discipline from a recognized University OR any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government with 60 % or above marks.
Students appearing in final year degree exams can also apply subject to their submitting their Final Degree Mark sheet & Provisional Certificate on or before 01.11.2011.
Age (As on 01.11.2011)*- Minimum 21 years, Maximum 25 years The applicant should have been born on or after 1st, November 1986, but not later than 1st November 1991.
