Key Roles & Responsibilities
Negotiate & collect Overdues from Mortgage.
Ensure amounts collected from the customer are deposited in the branch within the specified timeline.
Ensure feedback from collection activity is properly updated in DCRs.
Timely reporting of service issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate with experience in collections.
Good communication & negotiation skills
