Selection Procedure
Selection for the post of Management Trainees will be made on the basis of performance in Common Written Examination (CWE) for the post of Management Trainees held during 2011 conducted by IBPS and Personal Interview.

Service Bond - Applicants should note that if selected, they will need to execute a bond of Rs 2.00 lacs for serving the Bank for a period of 3 Years.
In the case he resigns from or leaves/abandons the service and /or neglects in performance of the duty assigned to him/her leading to termination of his/her service as per rules/regulations by the Employer-Bank before specified period for all losses, costs, charges and expenses he/she will indemnify the bank upto the extent of bond amount.
Selected officers shall execute the indemnity bond before joining the Bank.
